Evolt360 is a body composition scanner that completes a 60 second scan of the body and records over 40 different measurements. A small safe electrical current through the hands and feet. It measures things such as body weight, muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral content in your body and BMI.
Depending on which goal you chose prior to completing a scan, whether that be fat loss, muscle gain or optimal health; the program will suggest a supplement stack that may aid you to reach your goal. It also recommends a macronutrient profile & suggested calorie consumption based on your body scan and chosen goal.
YouFit uses this scanner during our February and August Challenges to help our members get the most out of their challenge experience. Members consider their own personal results to help sculpt their goals in the gym. It is also available to Gold membership holders to use once a month if they wish.
