Session Types


Our workout of the day (WOD) includes a warm-up that uses stretches and movements which isolate muscle groups, which are then used in the strength component and the main workout. The strength/skill part is a lift or movement, which may be back squats, push press, pull ups, bench press, lunges etc. After completion of the strength and skill section, we do a high intensity workout that combines skills, strength and cardio. All movements can be scaled or modified to suit athletes abilities or limitations. To conclude our sessions, we take the time to stretch and promote recovery.

Our Saturday session is a partner workout where you team up with a buddy and have some fun while training hard to get through the workout and start your weekend off on a high!

A lightweight high intensity circuit workout, which includes movements such as battle ropes, AirBike, bicep curls, rowing machine, Ski-Erg, weighted lunges etc. – all designed to get your heart rate up for a nice 30 minute blitz. All movements and weights are subject to the athlete’s skill levels and abilities.

A short, 30 minute cardio boxing session that includes basic punches, kicks and combos, making it fun, adaptable and enjoyable for all.

This one is for the kids aged 6-12 years. A short 30-40min workout which helps them to develop basic functional movements through fun activities. These build strength and coordination to prepare their bodies for a lifetime of healthy fitness. This includes a fun warm-up, strength/conditioning/skill development, games and cool down/stretch. Activities constantly vary, including short obstacle courses, circuits, AMRAPS, EMOM, TABATA.
